Dr Catherine Mills, a born and bred Gold Coaster, is an experienced, approachable, and compassionate private Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who works at Pindara Private Hospital on the Gold Coast. She offers fertility services at QFG Gold Coast and through her boutique rooms located a short walk from QFG.

As a professional woman and mother who had children later in life, she realises the importance of fertility assessment and preservation for younger women, professionals, women with known conditions affecting fertility or anyone who seeks to have more control of their fertility future. She is excited these options are now more accessible to women and is encouraging of appropriate patients to embrace them - particularly if they have PCOS, recurrent miscarriage, reduced ovarian reserve (AMH) or severe endometriosis. This is certainly one of her passions through QFG. She aims to help women become mothers probable rather than just possible.

An experienced gynaecologist and credentialed as an advanced laparoscopic surgeon at Pindara Private Hospital Gold Coast she capably performs laparoscopic (keyhole) removal of endometriosis, adhesions and ovarian cysts, tubal flushing, laparoscopic and hysteroscopic fibroid resection and division of uterine of intrauterine adhesions.

Dr Catherine Mills qualified from Medicine in 2005 at the University of Queensland and her training as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist occurred at the esteemed Mater Mothers Hospital and the Gold Coast University Hospital. She has been in private practice for 10 years.

She is pleased her comprehensive, contemporary and individualised approach is well received with her patients and is known to be a patient advocate and is open-minded with respect to her patient’s preferences and concerns. She always strives to offer the most up to date and evidenced based care to her patients.
